About living one year in the sharing economy…

Day 131: The guests had a party in my home when I was away

Wow! I came back home from France today, only to find my apartment in... perfect shape! In two weeks there have been eleven people sleeping here. Some of them during the most party weekend of all year in Uppsala. And wow, the place looks even better than when I left it. That's so cool! You can trust strangers!

Sure, I had a friend who helped me give them keys and who also cleaned the kitchen and guestrooms in between the different guests. And she did a great job! But still... I mean nothing broken, no problems whatsoever.

To summarize, this is the only things that seems to have happened: Someone had left me a pack of waffles. Someone had forgotten some shaving gel. There's an extra key on one of the keyholders that I don't even remember I had (and have no idea where it leads to, mysterious!). There's a lot of laundry - no surprise there. And I noticed that some guests had found the sparklers I had forgot I had in a kitchen drawer and used one of them - three beers and a sparkler, what a party!

One guest gave me a bag of waffles - thanks!
