Day 252: Well educated middle class with cute slippers

Yesterday I got a phone call from a woman who wanted to do an interview with me. We talked about the sharing economy and my project. "So, is it only well educated middle class that do these things", she asked.

No, no. I tried to convince her, and myself, that it's a broader phenomenon than that. Then I went to the kitchen. Sitting at the table was the post doc from Stanford looking at some computer simulation of how messenger RNA codes proteins. While the web developer from Philadelphia was talking about some science podcast.
